minimum requirements
1. Master the principles of mechanical design, understand the principles of classical mechanical structures, and master and adhere to mechanical drawing standards;
2. Master the theoretical foundations and experimental methods of engineering materials, theoretical mechanics, and fluid mechanics;
3. Understand the basic design concepts of DFX, standardization and modularization, and value engineering;
4. Able to use CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software to conduct simulation analysis on encountered examples in work, optimize parameter configurations, and guide design;
5. Proficiency in 3D drawing software such as CAD and Inventor;
6. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
expected responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design of non-standard products, service spare parts, and renovation projects, preparing BOMs, releasing them, and archiving drawings.
2. Complete the output of technical documents such as equipment assembly drawings and part drawings.
3. Participate in the development of equipment operation manuals, maintenance standards, and standardized processes to enhance production consistency.
4. Provide technical support for production, manufacturing, and service, and conduct testing and reliability tests.
5. Responsible for or participate in the daily maintenance and continuous improvement of existing products, responding quickly to market and customer needs.
6. Participate in product development work.
